Hi I'm Daniel

I am preparing to serve for two years as a full-time missionary for LDS Church. I have been called to the Ohio Cincinnati Mission.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my entire life. I am the first missionary in my family. I dropped out of high school my senior year. I went back to school and completed my high school education. I enjoy cooking and playing video games. I am currently working as a cook in a local diner to help pay for my upcoming mission. I come from a family of 6: My mother and father, and three sisters help define who I am. I plan on going to college after my mission and pursuing a career in teaching.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this church is Christ's true church. I know that Joseph Smith was called as a prophet of God. I know that God leads us today with prophets and apostles. It is my testimony that the Book of Mormon is a true account and testament of Jesus Christ's ministry on the American continent. The Book of Mormon and the Bible are complimentary volumes of scripture and through studying them, we can gain a testimony of their role in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love this gospel and I love the joy I can feel by living to the standard of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I love attending Sacrament Meeting and Sunday School every week. I attend a wonderful Young Single Adult ward, in which everybody is friendly and loving. I am part of the welcoming committee, it is my responsibility to contact members who have recently joined our ward. I am also a ward missionary and twice a month, I and another ward missionary go to less active member's homes in our ward and invite them to upcoming activities. I also attend the mission prep class every week in preparation for my upcoming mission.
