Hi I'm Josh

I grew up in Reading, Pennsylvania. I played football for 9 years. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated High School in June of 2013. I now attend Brigham Young University where I plan to major in Biology. My main goal is to graduate, attend many years of medical school, and then become an anesthesiologist. At BYU, I'm part of the Blue Crew, a service organization, and play intramural flag football. I love sports. Especially football and basketball. I played football all throughout my elementary and secondary school years starting in fourth grade. I only played school basketball for one year, but enjoy playing it with my friends down at the park or at the gym. I try to play both sports as much as I can. I grew up on a hobby farm where we raised horses, cattle, goats, chickens, and dogs. I love most animals and my favorite to raise are probably dogs. I have a beagle named Sage, and two English Bulldogs named Rocky and Penny. I come from a family of 9 children, I have 5 brothers and 3 sisters. We have all been raised by two wonderful parents. I currently work as a sales rep for Living Scriptures Inc., a cook for Burger King, and a caterer for Charlotte Rhine's catering. I work as a sales rep while here in school in Utah, and I do my other two jobs back home in Pennsylvania. I am currently saving my money to pay for my mission that I will be serving very soon. I am called to serve in the Ghana Kumasi Mission in February of 2014. My name is Joshua Robinson, and I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this Church is true. I have read the scriptures and prayed, and have had it confirmed to me through a comforting feeling. I love living the church standards because I know they make me into a better and more respectable person. I love the testimony of the Gospel that I have gained through this church, and I love the relationship I have created with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church regularly, where I attend wonderful Sunday school classes. I also home teach, or go visit other families of the ward regularly that I have been assigned to watch over with my home teaching companion. I am preparing to serve a full-time mission and have been fulfilling every requirement to do so. I also do service activities as much as I possibly can. At BYU, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with service through the various service clubs and just lists of random service activities that need done. I attend a missionary preparation course once a week where I learn how to teach lessons and help other people to understand the Gospel more easily.
