Hi I'm Jesse

Born in Provo UT, raised in Meridian ID. I've been called to serve a two-year mission in Japan.

About Me

I was born and raised in the LDS church. I enjoy watching and making movies. I did two semesters at Brigham Young University - Idaho, where I participated in the production of the short film "Yarrow's Boy," a story about finding light in the darkness. Recently I was called to the Japan Fukuoka mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and never really had a reason to leave it. Because activity in the church was easy for me, I never really had to develop a STRONG testimony. However, when I decided to go serve a mission, it seemed like everything stood in the way of that objective. I had to make a very conscious choice to go on a mission, and I chose to because I recognize how nice my life is with the Gospel, and I want to share my happiness.

How I live my faith

As a student at BYU-Idaho, I showed my faith by "hometeaching" the Gospel at my friends apartments, and by incorporating my beliefs into my schoolwork. Now I am a missionary of the Church.
