Hi I'm Hunter Hill

I was raised in Eagle River, Alaska. I love to play Basketball. I am a Mormon.

About Me

Hello, I love to play sports, basketball, soccer, ping pong, you name it. I may not be very good, but I love to play them. I love to be around people and just talk and share different experiences. I am graduated from high school and about to serve a mission in Mexico City. After I get back i have no idea what i want to go to school for. I am planning on going to school somewhere in Salt Lake though. I like to eat food, and am also willing to try new foods! Yep that's a short explanation on me.

Why I am a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon. This is probably the most asked question throughout my teenage years of my life. People didn't understand why I would ever want to "restrict" myself from certain things that gave alot of my friends pleasure, smoking, drinking and the such. I have seen the effects of such substances and i have seen it takes peoples lives. I have seen it waste people away. I am a Mormon because this Church is true and without i would be a very different person. I Love the values it teaches and this church just makes everything make sense. As i have seen my friends lives change and they get lost. They get confused and have no direction. This church has helped me and protected me. I know of its truth and people around have seen the difference in me. This is why i am a Mormon. The simple truth that this Gospel holds is in fact quiet amazing. Once people see it they realize the truth. Not everyone does and that's why i want to show others about this Gospel because i have been blessed to be born into i have it actively in my life and others need it. What is a better gift than this gospel?

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an active example to my friends and family! I serve in my faith by going out and doing home teaching. This is one of my favorite things to do as it allows me to grow close to a family and help them and be there for them if they ever need anything. I know in my own life the home teachers have been a great help so i try to extend that service to others. I live my faith by following the counsel of our prophet today. It is important to listen to his heeding as he is being directed by our savior. I am living my faith by serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am going to be serving the great people of Mexico City and help them however I can.
