Hi I'm Hayden

I grew up in the southern Idaho on a pig farm I love playing the piano. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a very outgoing, loving person. I was actively involved in Student Body Leadership positions in high school, and absolutely loved serving other people. I attended BYU-Idaho for one semester, and am currently serving an honorable full-time mission in the New York Rochester Mission! I love music! I have been a pianist for over 10 years! Playing the piano for me is a way for me to express my feelings for how much I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. I mainly played spiritual hymnal arrangements, not so much the classical stuff, but to me playing spiritual music is more amazing than the other stuff! it allows me to invite the spirit into any environment, and that is what I want the world to feel when I play music, the love of God. I also love to travel! I have wonderful parents who have taken around the country and world, and I love to be able to see new people, try new things, and learn something new from it. Whenever I travel I get this new perpective of the world. It is hard to think that everyone in the world is a child of our Heavenly Father, but when you see the world, and all the people, you really feel it. That Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love every single one of them, no matter their circumstances. That is amazing to me, to understand that!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon not because I grew up a Mormon, but because I want to live the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a way of life, not just a church to attend every Sunday. His gospel is simple and beautiful if we choose to follow and accept it. I have felt the Saviors love in my life multiple times, and each and every one person on this earth can feel it too if they simply turn to him, and strive to obey his commandments. I love being a Mormon. I know this the only true church upon the face of the earth. I know Christ lives and that he died for us, and redeemed every soul that has been, is, and will be on this earth. I love this gospel, and the peace and happiness it brings into my life. It is not easy, but I will say that it is totally worth it!

How I live my faith

Living the gospel of Jesus Christ has been something I have always loved. Since I played the piano fairly well I decided to focus mainly on playing hymns and hymn arrangements. It is such a blessing being able to play the piano for people and touching their life's in some way. Music can heal souls and bring us closer to the Spirit. I especially am living my faith by serving a mission. Going out everyday and talking about Jesus Christ and his restored church to people brings great joy in my life. I love it! We carry a great message. I pray everyday that the people I meet will be touched by our message in some way.
