Hi I'm Taylor

I grew up in both Illinois and Missouri. I'm a city boy turned country boy. I love what I do and I love my family.

About Me

I'm a city boy turned country, thanks to my beautiful wife. I love my career in Law Enforcement and the Military. I couldn't ask for a better family. My father recently passed on and I miss him every day. I have two awesome tanks (my sons), who can be angels one minute and total terrors the next.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. I have always been a member, but there was a time in my life where I fell away for a while. I'm so grateful to be back active within the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You never know how much you need something until it is gone. I'm grateful to be an active member of this church and to be able to have an Eternal Family that I know I will be with in the life hereafter.

How I live my faith

I currently work with the young men in our Ward. Its a chore, but it brings so many blessings. I grew up in Scouting, so helping with the BSA program is fun for me. I'm not always there, due to work, but when I am I love being around the young men and seeing how different it is to be a youth now, then when I was their age.

Are Mormons Christians?

Yes, Mormons are Christian. To be Christian means to believe in Christ and follow in his teachings. Christ is our foundation. We know him as our Redeemer, our Savior, our Brother. He is our Heavenly Father's only Begotten Son. We know him and believe in his love and teachings. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I personally know him to be my Savior and am proud to be a Christian, a Mormon! Show more Show less
