Hi I'm Kylie Ennis

I'm an Oregonian. I enjoy nature and being outdoors. I am about to serve a mission at Temple Square. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I come from a family of five - my mom, dad, brother, sister, and myself. I am the middle child of three kids. But unlike the normal stereotype of being the middle child, I actually love it. I get to be close with both my older brother and younger sister. Family is extremely important to me and I am grateful for the blessing and opportunity to have such a close and loving one. I am studying to major in International Studies so I can work with humanitarian aid organizations to help those in need around the world. I like trying new things, being outside, learning, reading interesting books, watching movies, going on adventures, and laughing. I am about to leave my home to serve a mission for 18 months in the Utah Salt Lake City Temple Square Mission. I am so excited to be able to meet and talk with people from all over the world about their lives and beliefs, and share with them my own. I love this gospel and the opportunity we have to learn and grow and come closer to our Savior Jesus Christ every single day.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up Mormon. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am a Mormon because I love the happiness it brings to my life. I am thankful to know that there is more to this life. We have a great purpose on this earth. We have a Heavenly Father who loves us and wants us to return to live with Him. Family is very important to me, and I am thankful to know that I have the opportunity to live with them forever. I can't imagine going through this life, building relationships, and loving people, and having death be the end. Heavenly Father's plan is one of happiness, and love, and is something that is everlasting. Everyone desires to be happy. The gospel is my source of happiness. Following the savior brings me the most joy, true joy. Not just short term, but eternal. I love this gospel!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to do and be the best I can. By following the Savior and his example, I am able to learn and grow every day. Being involved in activities and service is a way to help me live my faith and get to know those around me. I think that just saying what we believe isn't enough. We need to do what we believe. If we believe it, we should live it!
