Hi I'm Brittany

I grew up all over the United States. I love the outdoors and reading. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I married my high school sweetheart. I'm getting my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development. I'm an avid reader. I want to travel the world. I love to hike and be outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church, but that's not why I am a member of the church. I am a member because I love and believe in the church's teachings. I believe that the Godhead is three separate beings. I have a testimony of God's love for us and that he knows every one of us by name. I know that Jesus Christ came to the earth to atone for our sins and to die for us, that we might be able to live again and return to our Father in Heaven. I know that I can have the Holy Ghost to be with me and to comfort me in times of need, if I remain worthy. I have a testimony of Joseph Smith, that he really did see God the Father and His son Jesus Christ. Some people say that this is too hard to believe, but is it really any more different than the miracles that happened in the Bible? If God talked to His children then, why would he not continue to talk to them now? I know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel to the earth and that he really did translate the Book of Mormon, and that it truly is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that I can always be with my family, even after death. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet and that he is the mouthpiece of the Lord. I know this all to be true because I have felt it in my very soul, time and time again. I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love being a Mormon. I love reading from the Book of Mormon and Bible daily. I have been taking a New Testament class and it is amazing, I love learning about my Savior. My husband and I pray together every night. We love to serve those around us.
