Hi I'm Tevin Stewart

I grew up in Victorville, California, and just graduated from high school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play guitar and am a enjoy pretty much any song by Andy Mckee. I will be serving a mission in the New Mexico Albuquerque mission and am going to the Mexico MTC, and am very excited.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the church, and my conversion has been a life-long effort. I have had several important and strong spiritual experiences that have helped me develop my own testimony in the church. Reading the Book of Mormon for the first time was one of these, as I saw that the book truly witnessed of Christ and taught good principles. I also have a strong belief in prayer and that our Heavenly Father wants to help us come unto him, and have had this belief affirmed be receiving many answers to my prayers. Often I have also been blessed by the priesthood and have received blessings of health and comfort that have helped me get through trials. I am grateful for these experiences, and because of them am sure that the gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored in its fullness and that all are invited to come unto Christ.

How I live my faith

I have always tried to show my faith through actions and example. In school I supported people in their desires to be moral and show integrity, and hope that these actions have made a difference. In church I often help with service projects like helping people move or working at the bishop's storehouse and have always enjoyed the work. I have had two awesome families to home teach and have enjoyed getting to know them and support them in their needs. Service is really one of my favorite ways to spend my time.
