Hi I'm Max Jensen

Im just a guy who loves adventures and anything that has to do with sports and action. I am deaf, I am a missionary, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im simply another guy in the world today. Someone whos just always out looking for another adventure. Every chance there is for me to get my energy up, I take it. I grew up playing lots of sports, soccer and baseball are my main sports. I was a goalie & Forward on all four years of my high school years for soccer and a second baseman for baseball. The two things I Iove doing the most is wakebaording and snowboarding. I'm always out with my friends trying to have the best adventure we could possibly have. As for my family and I, I love them to death, they mean everything to me. At this moment right now, I am a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am currently serving in New Hampshire Manchester mission. I love the gospel and love to spread the teachings. I really could not ask for a better place to be serving at then this mission, I have witnessed many miracles that had firmed my faith in Jesus Christ more than ever. One miracle that continues to change my life is the tiral that is always a part of me. That is being deaf. I was born deaf, it was very tough as a young boy, but as I grew, I now can see the reason behind it, I am happy to say that I now consider it a blessing than a trial, just because of many reasons. God has given me this gift for a reason. But other than that, im just a chill sick guy who will do anything I can do to have fun.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised as a Mormon, so I have been thankful for that. The reason why I continue to follow the gospel is because I know that it is true. There have been many experiences for me to accept it. I can just tell the difference between the joy of us, Mormons, and others. We just seems so much happier and I want everybody to know what if feels like to have to be the happiest you can be. Growing up being deaf, is the main reason why I believe this. I know that I was born deaf for a reason. There would be times when I was younger where I would get so frustrated and annoyed, but as life went on, I realized that I wouldnt be like who I am and where I am at right now if it wasn't for my challenge. I don't consider it really a hardship, but more of a blessing. I am so tankful for God making me like this. I wouldn't be here on my mission if it wasn't for him and my trial.

How I live my faith

Like I said, I am a missionary for Jesus Christ, representing my church. I grew up with my dad always on the bishopric and I was a president for each of the priesthood, whether it's deacons, teachers, and priests. I attended EFY two years, and I have a strong testimony of the church. I know that trials are in everybody's lives for a reason, I was born deaf, even though there may have bee a lot of hardships for it, I now have a testimony that the Lord has a purpose for me.
