Hi I'm Angela

I've been to 49 of the 50 United States. I'm a total book worm. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a complete word nerd. Reading has always been my hobby and even with all the stuff that goes on in high school I still managed to read at least a book a day. College is a little tougher, but I still find time for it. Creative writing is also pretty high on my list. Words and languages in general facinate me. When I was a kid I decided that I'd learn every language in the world (that was back when I thought that there were only 5). I'm taking it one at a time.

Why I am a Mormon

As I've read from the scriptures and made an honest effort to live Christ's teachings, I've found great direction and joy in my life. Whenever I've not put in that effort to learn and grow in the gospel there is a strong feeling of something missing in my life--an emptiness. The gospel gives my life meaning and has shown me what my purpose in life is. My purpose is to learn and grow and to find the happiness that my Father in Heaven has in store for me every day.

How I live my faith

The gospel is all about serving each other. The Savior said that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God. If I see that someone is having a hard time, I want to help them and bring a smile to their face. I feel that when I go to church and read the scriptures that it helps me look outside of myself so I can see the bigger picture.
