Hi I'm Parker

I was born and raised in Utah. I love boating and play Ultimate frisbee. I do ballroom dance. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to go boating with my family. It draws us closer together and makes us stronger. Through my life I have always loved building and creating. I often built sand castles in our back yard. As I grew I moved on to larger projects. In high school I joined the robotics team and created a frisbee shooting robot. This project wa especially fun for me, as I was a member of the school's ultimate frisbee club. I have always loved reading and read just about anything I can get my hands on. I have many siblings, and they have always been my friends. When times get rough, I turn to them for support and guidance.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the church, but I have grown to know of its truth as I have studied it and as I have gained experience in the world. I have seen that my life is better because of the church and especially because I have followed the counsel of modern day prophets. I have seen problems my friends have had that I have avoided by following the prophet. I know that this church is true and that Joseph smith was a prophet of God and that he restored the Lord's true church. I know that Thomas S. Monson, our prophet today, was truly called of God to lead us in these days. I know that Jesus Christ was the son of God and that he suffered and died to save us from our sins if we will repent and come unto him. I know that the scriptures are the word of God to help guide us. I know I can live with God and Christ as I did before I was born, and that I will be able to live with my family forever. I know God loves me and that he loves all his children, and that we are all children of God.

How I live my faith

I Live my faith by serving others as a home teacher. Me and my dad visit families in the neighborhood and share gospel messages with them. I participate with other young men my age in service projects and other activities.
