Hi I'm Andrew

I am originally from Yorkshire, but now live with my extended family (13 of us) in Lancashire. i'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 18 years, I have 5 children ranging from 17 to 6 years of age. With my extended family I have recently moved to the countryside, we keep chickens and turkeys and will shortly be acquiring more animals, such as pigs and goats, although we don't have room for a cow! During the week I work as an accountant. I love Rugby (both union and league) although I have stopped playing I now referee in the local adult rugby union competitons. I've attached a work photo...I don't always look so serious!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Mormon church my whole life, my parents joining the church before I was born. During my teenage years I learned for my self that I have a loving Father in Heaven and that his son, Jesus Christ, is my saviour. I am grateful that we have living prophets who lead and guide us today.

How I live my faith

At church I currently serve as a councillor to the Ward's Bishop. This is a busy responsibility that keeps me busy attending to the needs of those within my congregation. Previously I have worked with the Young Men's organisation and within the Young Adults program. I have taught Sunday School classes to youth, new members and adults. Before I was married I served as a missionary in the England Birmingham mission.
