Hi I'm Jake Dexter

I'm from Idaho. I love the outdoors. I love animals. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised on a small family farm with three sisters, one brother and two amazing parents. I am currently studying at Brigham Young University-Idaho to become an Agronomist. I love riding dirt bikes and being outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the feeling I get when I go to church, when I serve and when I learn of Christ and his teachings. The knowledge that I have acquired about my elder brother, my Savior, Jesus Christ brings such peace and comfort to my heart. I never want to give that up.

How I live my faith

I served a full-time mission preaching what makes me happiest, the gospel of Jesus Christ in the beautiful country of Paraguay for two years. I love the people there and the culture. I am currently serving in the church in my town, organizing visits to those in the ward and helping with the organization of monthly activities to get those in the ward together to share friendships together.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

We believe that if we live in accordance with God's commandments and follow the example of his Son Jesus Christ, are faithful to the promises that we make with our Heavenly Father then we will live with our family after this life. Show more Show less
