Hi I'm BOB

Yes, I was born in and live in Utah now, but I grew up in Las Vegas.Nv. I'm a Mormon. My wife waited 2 Years for me..

About Me

I am married and have three children. They are also married and, collectively, they have seventeen children. Three of the grandchildren are married and, collectively, they have six children. There are twelve months in the year and only two in which we do not celebrate a birthday. That means we celebrate thirty-one birthdays in ten months and attend soccer games, piano lessons, dance classes, volleyball games, and music progams in many classes at school. I spend the rest of my free time serving those who live in the neighberhood and who need assistance. I also have several assignments in the church, such as keeping records over one hundred ninety families that are visited each month. Plus, I attend all meetings that I am asked to attend.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a fifth generation Mormon, but that is not the reason I am a Mormon. My parents taught me to treat everyone as I would want them to treat me. They taught me that God, our Father, and his Son, Jesus Christ, love me and that I should always ask for help from God when needed, and even when not needed. Also, that I should not cheat or lie, and that I should be honest with my teachers, other students, my employers, co-workers and customers. After following these directions and others, I looked back on my life at this young age and found that there were incidents that were corrected that I did not have control over. Mistakes that I had made were corrected by an unseen hand, doors had opened that lead me in the right direction, and others had closed that would have lead me the wrong way. The young lady that I met at college indicated that she had feelings for me and wanted to continue our relationship. She said she would wait while I took on the commitment to serve a mission for two years. I came to the conclusion that God, even our Father in Heaven, and his Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, had heard my prayers and guided me where I should go, through the power of the Holy Ghost, and I did not recognize the Spirit. Again, while on my mission, the Spirit was sent when I called, and many times when I had not asked for help, when answering questions while teaching contacts. Prayer became a very important part of my life and still is. Over the years, I have seen the work of the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, in the hearts of many as it changed their lives. Because of all these things, and others, I have received my own testimony that God lives and that Jesus Christ is His Only Begotten Son and Savior of the World. They called Joseph Smith to be the prophet to re-establish the Church and bring forth the Book of Mormon.as a second witness of Jesus Christ. I am grateful for latter-day prophets, the priesthood, and temple blessings that bind us together.

How I live my faith

My parents were Mormons and they taught me to treat everyone as I would want them to treat me. They taught me that God, our Father, and His son, Jesus, love me. They taught me all the commandments and how to live them, as well as their consequences if I was not obedient. These things I taught my children. This does not mean I am perfect. I am not, as I make mistakes and I hope I have learned from these errors.
