Hi I'm Jen

I'm a single mom of 3 kids, I drive a school bus, I love to cook and bake for my family, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to cook and bake, I make nearly all our meals and treats from scratch. I like to sew and make things for my family. I love Old Sci Fi B movies, reading, playing board games, and hanging out with my kids. I am hoping to go back to school, I would like to be an Architect and design Green Homes. I have 3 kids that I love to do things with, a couple dogs, a couple cats, I would love to own a house on a large piece of land with many trees, where I can have a garden, an orchard and a few horses. I love trucks, older ones, and Suvs.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a convert at 16, I had tried other churches, mostly Baptist, Lutheran, Catholic, none felt quite right for me, I felt like the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was right, and after many nights and days of praying if I had found the right church I was baptized. I know this Church is true, I know the Gospel is true and I have faith in my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

How I live my faith

I teach ADG, girls 8-10, I love seeing how they enjoy participating in the teachings and crafts we do. I love Sacrament and hearing people's stories and talks, and Testimonies. I like helping with ideas for the monthly night meeting for the ladies only. I enjoying showing my talents with some of the events and activities we do, cooking or making a dish to share and seeing it come home empty, sharing the spirit of God with my friends.

How can we come to know our Father in Heaven?

Talk to him in prayer, show thankfulness for the blessings in your life, share your problems with him, ask him for help, and understand help will come in his time, not in yours and not always how you expect, expect to work to solve your problems, be honest and sincere, serve others.
