Hi I'm Tim Thompson

I call Utah my home, I climb mountains and rocks, I love to take pictures, and I am a wizard with spray paint, And I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have spent most my life in Utah, and love being so close to the mountains. I feel close to my Heavenly Father when I am able to see what he has created for me to enjoy. I love Mountain Climbing and Rock Climbing, and you will always find me with my camera documenting the beautiful places I get to go. I have always been drawn to the arts, and find that when I draw, paint or take photos I am closer to my Heavenly Father and can receive inspiration from him. When I create I feel closer to my Creator, when I explore the world He has created for me, my testimony of His love for me grows stronger and stronger. I am a climber, an artist and photographer, and most importantly, I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I live my life as a Mormon because I know from personal experience that it is the true church. God has manifested to me that he wants me to be a member of his church, and this is it. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ is restored again on the earth and I have the opportunity to live its teachings just as they were taught by Christ when he was personally on the earth. I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of my Savior, and I need Him more than anything else in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by always putting my Heavenly Father, and Savior first. I had the opportunity to serve a mission in the beautiful state Washington. No matter where, from Longview to Zillah, I was able to see the importance of putting my savior first, and seeing his love for me grow as I lived my faith and shared it with others. Having been home from my mission for over six months I continue to live my faith by sharing my testimony ever chance I get and sticking up for what I know to be true, even in these trying times when opinions can seem convincing and testimony's are often affected, I continue to follow the council of the Prophets and apostles who are on the earth today. I know that there is nothing more important than trusting my Savior and following his council.
