Hi I'm Kimberly Snelson

Born and raised in Caliiifornia. 19 years young. Youngest in my family with one older sister and two older brothers. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Love working and staying busy, gym goer, roller coaster and roller blading lover, piano player, love adventures and outdoors, and simply love being happy!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and it all just made sense to me all growing up but there came a time in my life that I had to find out for myself if this really is the true church on the earth today. It was my junior year of high school that I gained a stronger testimony of prayer and an assurance that this church really is true! It wasn't until I took that leap of faith to know for myself. Because of this experience and many more experiences, I have been able to allow trials to only make me become stronger in my faith. After feeling Heavenly Father's love and guidance and continuing to feel it, I would never let anything or anyone stop me from living my faith. The atonement, the healing power of Jesus Christ is REAL and I testify of that! Christ atoned for each and every one of us so we can all return back in His presence again and I am truly thankful for the knowledge I have that familes are together not only for this time here on earth but for all eternity. This gospel brings me JOY and I wish for everyone else to feel of the same joy I feel from this gospel.

How I live my faith

I love every second of being a member of this church and it sure is worth it! I live my faith by simply doing the best I personally can to follow Christ and what He wants of me. I strive for obedience because I love my Heavenly Father, blessings come from obedience but that is not the reason I follow Him. Some of the little things I do each day or week is reading and studying from the scriptures, giving thanks and asking for guidance through prayer, attending all of my church meetings and serving in any callings or tasks asked of me faithfully, keeping the sabbath day Holy by setting aside my Sunday's fully to God, sharing the gospel to others to build up the kingdom of God, and by serving in any way possible. I KNOW that I am a daughter of God, our loving Heavenly Father, and wish for everyone to know of their worth and know of God by praying to Him and promise that it will change your life forever! I try to live His gospel to the best of my ability and am thankful for His grace that can make up for my shortcomings. We are no where near perfect but the gospel of Jesus Christ is and I testify of that!
