Hi I'm Melissa

I love sports, cooking, and being with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My parent divorced when I was young. While it was a very difficult time, I've seen many blessings due to those trials. The experience helped me learn about the importance of family. I've always had a hard time making decisions. So, when I went off to college I struggled to choose a major. I ended up double majoring in Economics and Communications with a Business Management minor. Now I try to put all that knowledge to use in my family! I'm the luckiest woman in the world to be married to such an incredible husband and have three amazing little boys. We love to play games, eat popcorn, watch movies, and go for walks.

Why I am a Mormon

I love church! I feel so blessed that I was raised in a home where I learned about Jesus Christ. Life gets pretty hard sometimes. While life has taken my family many wonderful places, we've also had a few surprises and many ups and downs. I can't imagine going through life without the gospel. We're so blessed to have the restored gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth. We have a living prophet, just like prophets of old. God has not forgotten us! He loves us and looks out for us. He wants what's best for His children and will help us out if we just ask Him. I'm so grateful for the Savior who atoned for us, so we can return to our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I get to work with the 15-17 year olds at church. It can be challenging, but very rewarding. It's amazing to hear what these teenagers think about. I love how strong they are and the examples they are to others. I enjoy learning with them about our Savior.
