Hi I'm Katrina

I am a daughter. I love singing. I love learning. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always learned from home and am preparing to go to college. I have a very wide variety of things I enjoy doing including singing and playing the piano; sewing, knitting, crocheting, quilting, and weaving; reading and writing. I am not an expert at any of these but I find get satisfaction by doing them all the same. I always try to do my best with whatever I am working on.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a Mormon because I have had many experience which have confirmed to me that this is the Lord Jesus Christ's church. My testimony did not come to me all at once or quickly; I have had to work for years to gain the assurance I now have that this is Christ's church. He leads the Church through living prophets. He speaks to them just as He speaks to all those who earnestly seek Him and to know the truth. He has Restored His church to the earth through the Prophet Joseph Smith; who sought to know the truth. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that the promise in it (that God will reveal the truthfulness of the book to those ask sincerely and in faith) is a sure promise. My testimony is very dear to me and has strengthened and helped me through many hard times, ranging from situations at school to the loss of my grandmother. Sincere and heartfelt prayer have been vital to the growth and maintenance of my testimony.

How I live my faith

I serve in my ward by teaching a group of older children during our Sunday meetings.
