Hi I'm Caden

I was born and raised in Utah. I served a mission in St. Louis Missouri. I love the gospel, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live what I consider to be an average life. I am currently a college student who is unsure of what the future holds. I am at a point in my life where there are many big decisions to be made, and I definitely feel the stress. All of the who, what, whens, wheres, and whys of life are knocking on my door. As I deal with this stress that I feel, I find that the only way I can truly find relief is by turning to a loving Heavenly Father who wants me to be happy, and trusting that everything will work out.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family. I'm lucky enough to have loving parents who taught my siblings and I to do the simple things like read the scriptures, go to church, and pray. As I grew up and did these simple things, I began to develop a faith in Christ. When I turned eight years old I had the opportunity to be baptized and become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I was excited to do so. After making the decision to be baptized I went the next ten years learning more and more about my faith and about myself. Throughout this time I sought to develop the small testimony that I had gained as a young boy. I went through challenges and trials and certainly had ups and downs, but all along the way I always held what I knew to be true near to my heart. By the time I had turned 18 it was time for me to make the decision on whether or not I would serve a full time two year mission in the service of the Lord. I knew that I needed to turn to the Lord in prayer and seek his help. As I prayed and then listened for my heavenly father to answer, I learned that serving a mission was exactly what I needed to do. I received a call to go to St. Louis Missouri and preach to the people there. As I put my whole heart and soul into doing this missionary service, I developed and strengthened my once weak testimony. I built it upon the rock of my Redeemer. I finally realized something of major importance, and that is that conversion is an ongoing process. Ever since I learned this sacred truth I have sought to become more converted. I have come to know through experiences, and through answers to prayers that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Christs true church on the earth to day, and that it is being lead by Christ himself through revelation. This knowledge that I have gained has blessed my life in more ways than I could explain. I love my Heavenly Father, and I love his Gospel. That is why I'm a Mormon

How I live my faith

I have a deep love and appreciation for my Savior and for my Heavenly Father because of how much they have done for me. This love that I have gives me the motivation to share that with everyone around me. I continually seek to lift others and share with them the glad news of the gospel. I want everyone around me to feel the same blessings that I have felt. Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I have many opportunities to serve. I am able to help fellow members of the church to deepen their conversion, and I am also able to help those who aren't of this faith to find answers to their questions by sharing my own experiences with them. I find great joy in my life as I seek to reflect the example of the Savior.
