Hi I'm Rachael Peck

I'm a Mormon. I know it. I live it. I love it.

About Me

I graduated from Weber State University with my accounting degree. I decided to serve a full time mission and am currently serving a full time mission in Orlando Florida.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that it is what God wants me to be. I grew up in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but I did not always have a testimony neither was I always converted. Everyone has trials in life, but overtime I learned that God is our loving Heavenly Father and He wants the best for us. I know that He lives and He answers our prayers. I also know that He wants us to have His guidance. One of the ways that he gives us His guidance is in the scriptures. I know that The Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that it is a way that Heavenly Father will answer our questions and it can bring a man closer to God than any other book. I know this because I have experienced it in my life. I know that as I read from this book and acted on the things found within and then prayed I have gained a better relationship with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that I have felt the healing power of the atonement of Jesus Christ as I have studied and applied things found in the Book of Mormon. I have also prayed about it and I know that it is true. I know that it can help everyone in their lives because it helps us build our relationship with Jesus Christ. I know that God continues to give us scriptures just like in the Biblical times. He has called prophets in the world today. I know that we can be forgiven of anything that we have done and that we can find true happiness. Simply I am a Mormon because I know that it is true and I love God enough to do what He wants me to.

How I live my faith

I live my faith all day every day. Currently I have been called to serve a mission for 18 months in the Orlando, Florida mission. I go out everyday to help people become closer to Jesus Christ. I help people know with a surety that God answers their prayers and that they can be healed and forgiven through the atonement of Jesus Christ. I help people find true happiness. I devote all of my time to this.
