Hi I'm Bronwyn

I'm a crazy, happy, runner girl from Utah who likes great food, the mountains, and family. AND I'M A MORMON

About Me

Hi! I grew up in a little Utah town. I love to have fun in the outdoors going four-wheeling, hiking, and especially running. I ran Cross Country and Track in high school and have been in love with it ever since. I love to spend time with my family and friends, read good books, eat delicious food, and sleep in(except not really cause mornings are so great and beautiful to go running ;) ) Before I came on a mission I studied Art at BYU-Idaho. I love art, its wonderful. The earth without art would just be "eh". I believe God is the master artist and when we create we are closer to Him. School has been a blast; challenging, and stressful, but so happy and wonderful as I've been able to learn and grow. I'm not really sure what I want to do when I get home and "grow up" but I know who I want to be, and that's a Woman of FAITH! ha! :) The church is true :)

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. I was raised and taught to believe in Heavenly Father. My parents did a wonderful job of showing me what it looks like to love and serve him. There isn't one moment I can pick out that completely changed my life and I completely believed and knew it all was true when I hadn't before. Rather my testimony of the gospel is like a seed. I have had the fortunate opportunity to be planted in good soil and have had very good support until I have been able to stand on my own. I have had a fairly easy life so far, but just because I my trials are easy compared to some, I still rely on the knowledge of the Savior. I rely on the fact that through Him, I can live again. Through Him and because of Him I can be made perfect one day. Everyone needs to know they are loved and that there is a point to being here. I know this because of what I feel when I read the Book of Mormon. I know why I am here, to learn to be like the Savior and to be tried and tested. I have received my own witness from the Spirit, through reading my scriptures, and standing in holy places, that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is His church. It contains the fullness of the gospel. I know its true. I know God is real and that he loves us all individually. I know he speaks to us today through modern day Prophets and Apostles. This is why I am Mormon

How I live my faith

The biggest thing I can do right now to live my faith, is to serve my mission. I am going to go teach about the gospel and the Savior for 18 months in Canada! But before I even accepted my call to serve, I lived my faith everyday by doing the little things. I never had a big calling in the Church, but I tried to be friends with everyone. Just by attending Church, and going to the events like Girls Camp and Youth Conference I got closer with those around me and learned to LOVE them. We got to serve alongside each other. Service is the best way I can live my faith. Serving in big ways and especially in everyday small ways, we can become closer to the Savior because we are spreading his love.
