Hi I'm Jan Bagley

I'm a small town farm girl who loves speech and debate and theatre. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from a small central Utah town and don't like cows. I love to do crafts, scrapbook, and painting. I love history and learning new things. I want to travel around the world and see new things. I am the middle child in my family, and love to be with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that this gospel is true. In life, it has brought me such comfort and joy. It has helped me through all the hard times. The gospel has also helped my learn the joy of the small and simple things in life that we take for granted such as giving service to others in need. In life we all need something to hold on to so we know that what we do matters. This is what the gospel has giving to me and all that will heed his call and come unto him. I have grow up in the gospel and don't know what it is like not to, but I do know that I have still had to ask if it was true and find the answers. My testimony is a simple one of believing that this is the true church with all the authority that was used in the day of Christ. I know that we have a true prophet on the earth today that leads and guides this church. I know that Joseph Smith did see God the Father and his Son, Jesus Christ, and that he restored this church. I know that Christ is our Savior and died for us so that we can return home to our Father. He loves us and knows us by name and if we will turn to him in our time of need he will help us. The Book of Mormon is the word of God and it is true. It was made for us in this day and age and if we follow it then we can come to know our Father better.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being a example to those around me. My hometown is a small one where everyone knows everybody else. Growing up people were always helping my family through small and simple things. Through there examples I learned that living your faith is something that can be show through the small things that we do. I love to work with the youth and meeting new people. Service project were always my favorite thing to do. As I work with people I try to help them and let them know that someone cares.
