Hi I'm Robert Novak

I'm a runner, a Financial Advisor with Prudential, a musician, a Ward Mission Leader in Staten Island, & I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Robert. I graduated from Ashford University in 2012. I have a passion and love for being a musician. In high school & college, I played football, soccer, lacrosse, track & cross country. I love sharing the gospel through sacred hymns and music that touch others in a unique way. My family comes first in my life. I love spending time with my wife fixing up our apartment & making it feel more like home. I work with Prudential to help families secure their financial future. I serve as a Ward Mission Leader in the Staten Island 1st Ward.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the principles, doctrines, ethics, and behaviors that are shared in this church help me to reach my full potential in this life as well as in the life to come. Because of the fullness of perspective, instruction, and awareness of the Restored Gospel, I am able to become closer to & be more like Jesus. Because of this church, I know who I am, why I am here, and where I am going. I can track me progress in my eternal path to salvation as I continue to keep the commandments of God. I understand that I am a son of God and that He loves me enough to cares about me in every way. He helps and supports me through every hardship in my life. I truly have felt His hand in my life and I know that I would still be struggling to find peace within myself if not for the guidance of our church leaders and the promptings of the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I love to start my day with a prayer, scripture study, & an action list of how to serve people who seek the gospel and love Jesus. I usually go for a morning run once a week and try to speak about the gospel with a runner or three. When not running in the morning, I'm probably doing carpentry around the house to maximize our space. Then I drive 20 minutes to work and try to listen to Jesus The Christ by James E. Talmage. At work, I often share the gospel with my colleagues, make calls to clients and prospective clients, and do the best I can to remind people that our #1 priority is to treat each-other with ethics, respect, and loving kindness.
