Hi I'm LeAnne

I live in So California & I love it here! I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (MORMON)!

About Me

My name is LeAnne. I have always had an creative nature. I am so glad to live when computers are so available. I love that when I create something using a computer, I can get it to look professionally made. My greatest blessing is my family. I have a son who is nearly 24. He is tender and loving and gives great hugs. I have three daughters. The oldest is 21 and lives in Georgia right now. She is a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My next daughter is 16, and wants to be a writer. My youngest daughter is nearly 14 and loves fashion. They are all good kids, who love to read and as a result, all have a great imagination. My husband, Richard, and I have been married for over 26 years. One of the things that we do to help strengthen our family is a daily devotional. Each night around 7:30PM, we gather (as many of us as are home at the time) to read scriptures, pray as a family, and to do a gratitude journal. For our gratitude journal, we each say three things that are specific to that day for which we are grateful. We write them all down every day. Simple though it might be, it is a record of our lives. My favorite benefits of the gratitude journal is that it gets us talking with each other about our day and that we end our day on a grateful note.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints cause the teachings are true. I know that by living them. As I apply the teachings into my life, and live them, I am richly blessed. There are still trials, because trials help refine us, but because of the things I have been taught, I can deal with the challenges that come my way.

How I live my faith

I try to do all that I can to be a good person. I pray morning and night (and a lot in between). I attend church every week, and try to apply the things I learn at church to my every day living. On Sundays, I teach kids who are 7 and 8 years old. Every week, I mail each of them a postcard, so they know that I care about them.
