Hi I'm Madison Sue Peterson

I am a stay at home mom to 2 wonderful kids while my husband goes to school. I love crafts and movies! I am a mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of 6 kids and currently have 2 of my own. I love to be with my family playing games. I've been married for 5 years and my husband is currently going to Law School. We love to golf, shop, and discover new things. I just became and Aunt and I love it. We are away from family but making the most of it! I graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2012 with my BS in Child Dev and AAS in Preschool Education. I love being a mom and taking care of my kids. I want to someday have a preschool and teach skills to children and watch them learn and grow.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized at the age of 8. The place where we took the camera containing my baptism photos had a power failure which ruined the development of my photos but I was baptized. I remember wearing a white dress and my dad being there. I also remember my 6 siblings and their baptisms. That is when you become a member of the church. I remember when I turned 12 and started working on my Personal Progress Award. I was challenged to read the BOM cover to cover. I did and prayed. My answer was small but it was there. I knew the scriptures were true. Twice a year I listen to conference and my testimony is strengthened when I hear the prophets and apostles speak. I have developed my own testimony of the Savior. I am a mormon because I know the gospel is true. God knows that I know too. I am a Mormon because I want to be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every week by attending church. I fulfill my calling and participate in church activities. My daily actions reflect my faith as well. I read my scriptures, say prayers, teach my children, support my husband, keep a journal, talk to family and friends, and try to be an example to those around me. These things help me have the Spirit in my home.
