Hi I'm Kali

I have lived in Louisiana my whole life. I am the oldest of six children. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a freshman in college. I am a hard worker. I have three younger sisters and two little brothers that I would do anything for. I had to grow up fast and take care of my sisters. My parents divorced when I was ten years old. My father remarried. My sisters and I live with my father and my step-mother( although I do not claim her as my step-mother) She is my mother. She has truly been a blessing in my life. She was the one who introduced me and my family to the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the gospel by my (step)mother when I was 10 years old. This couldn't have been a better time for me to learn about the gospel. Growing up I was never active at one church,I had gone to several churches. I needed my Heavenly Father more at that time, since the divorce of my parents. Heavenly Father knows exactly what we need and when we need it. I am so grateful for my knowledge of the gospel. The gospel has been such a blessing in my life as well as my families life. I was the first of my sisters to be baptized, and then my father was baptized and that was an even greater blessing in my life! I know that the Savior, Jesus Christ, lives and he loves us.

How I live my faith

I live by faith by living a righteous life. I am an example to the younger girls in my ward. I love the hymns. When I was 14 I was called to be the ward chorister, I enjoy conducting the hymns. When I conduct the hymns I feel at peace, I am filled with joy.
