Hi I'm Diane

I am a mom of five children. I love to be outside, camp, hike, ski, read and play the violin. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mom to five kids. I love to be outside and spend time with my family. I love the mountains. I love to ski, hike and camp. We love to spend time as a family boating. I taught Jr. High History and love to read. I love to travel and hope to travel more! In college, I studied in Greece, Turkey, Israel and Egypt. I have also traveled to Spain, Italy and Mexico. My husband owns his own company so I help work at the business.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that was Mormon. I was raised in the Mormon Church and baptized when I was eight years old. However, I still had to gain a testimony for myself and make the decision that I wanted to be a part of the Mormon Church and live its teachings. I know that following the Savior and his teachings will bring the most happiness in this life and the life to come. I know that the Savior lived and died for us and that we can find happiness and forgiveness through him. I am very grateful for the blessings that come from living the Gospel. I know following the Savior will bring me and my family happiness and peace.

How I live my faith

I work to live my faith daily. It is not always easy, but worth it! I have worked many years with the young women in our church and love to spend time with them. I currently teach the youth ages 15-16. It is such a great opportunity to spend time with these amazing youth. They are so talented and smart. I have also worked with the women in our church. They are great examples of the blessings of serving others. I spent time working with the babies in our church also. You can learn a lot from a child! They have such a sweet spirit and are close to God. The hardest and most rewarding work I do is with my own family. I have amazing children that work very hard at all they do. I try to support them and help them to accomplish all their goals. I hope they realize what amazing people they can become.
