Hi I'm Anndrea

I am a stay- at- home Mom. I am an Idahoan gone islander. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy doing crafts. I am currently working on my first try at refinishing furniture right now, so hopefully that doesn't blow up on me. I am blessed to fulfill my dream of being a stay-at-home Mom. When I started getting serious with my husband I made him promise me that if we got married he would do all that he could to make it so I could be able to be there to watch our children grow up. It hasn't always been easy but we have been blessed in this decision. I have two boys and two girls who are each other's best friend or worst enemy. Over a year ago my husband got a job that moved us from the safety of Idaho where we lived within 3 miles of where I grew up to the tiny island of Guam. It was a leap of faith but I came to understand for myself that our Heavenly Father knows us individually- our dreams, our strengths and our weaknesses and how to make them stronger. I know He knows me personally.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because even though I grew up in the church I had to find out for myself what I wanted to believe and after prayer and study I know this is where I belong. I know it is here I can find peace. It is here I know of a loving Heavenly Father who knows me and loves me and of a Savior who lives! It is here that I can hear the words of a living prophet just like those in the scriptures. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a place that no matter how far from home I get, I always have a family in the church and we truly are brothers and sisters.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving everyday to make the world a better place where I am at. I don't have control over governments or communities but I do have control over myself and if I can serve those around me or make people feel loved then I will do it. I am active in church and enjoy visiting those in our ward but my favorite thing is meeting people who are not of my faith and helping them to see we Mormons aren't so bad.
