Hi I'm David Nephi Hostetter

I was born in utah and moved to vermont at eight. I play lacrosse and love to weight train. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I play lacrosse and love to weight train. I am going to college at Southern Virginia University as an undergrad while I prepare for dental school. I love to play video games and hangout with my friends. I am preparing to serve a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church. So unlike many of you out there I didn't have to make the big decision to be apart of this church. It was second nature to me. But we all have to make the decision to stand strong every single day. My father passed away recently and although I didn't always make the best choices I have found hope and peace in knowing that I am making him proud by living the way he raised me and taught me too. I am a mormon because I know the truth and want to partake of the great blessings we are offered and especially the blessing of eternal life. I want to live the best I can because I want to be with my dad again someday. I want to hug him and talk to him again. I love this gospel and know that it is true. Nothing so beautiful and powerful should be over looked it is so simple as long as we are willing.

How I live my faith

I live in a community that has only three other Mormon families and went to high school as the only mormon in the school. People have many questions and often criticism. I stand strong by going to church and partaking of the great spirit that is there. I love to talk about the church and often case in my community try and help change peoples minds about my faith or help them be correctly educated on what we practice.
