Hi I'm Bree!

I grew up in Northern California. Soon to be serving a mission in Concepcion, Chile, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in North Hollywood, California and grew up in Northern California. I am 21 years old and I will soon be serving my mission in Concepcion, Chile. When I was 8 years old my mom passed away and I was adopted and sealed to my aunt and uncle who have 4 kids of their own and who are now my siblings. I love them all so much and I'm so grateful I get to be with them forever. I have one older brother named Brock who is 22 and recently married, and 3 younger sisters who are 19, 17, and 14 and their names are Layne, Kenna, and Amber. Layne just left for her mission and will be serving in Resistencia, Argentina and the other 2 are in high school. I just finished my second year at BYU-Idaho studying photography but when I come back from my mission I want to go to dental hygiene school. I have played volleyball for the past 7 years and I love it! My whole family plays too! I also enjoy taking pictures, wake boarding, singing, dancing, and spending time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this church is true and it makes me so happy!

How I live my faith

I want to live my faith so that I can become closer to our Heavenly Father and be able to live with him again. Having faith and living the gospel principals are so important and by following the commandments we are given helps me to stay on the right path. I have had many callings in the church that have helped me throughout my life and I have learned so much from them.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Our church performs baptisms for the dead because there are many people who have passed on that didn't get that opportunity to be baptized in this life but want to in the next life. Show more Show less
