Hi I'm Julia Johnson

I live in North Carolina, I love music, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in North Carolina all my life and I love it here. I'm 16 years old and am currently a junior in high school. One of my main interests is probably music. I think music is one of the Lord's best ways to bring the spirit and to teach. It's a wonderful way to bear your testimony. I also love to make music. I play the harp, the ukulele, and the piano. I love doing all of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church has made my life so amazing. Because of this church, I know that I don't have to be perfect to be loved by the Savior. I know that He gave his life for us, so that we may live with Him again and that we may be forgiven. I am a Mormon and I know that this church is true.

How I live my faith

One of the reasons I love living here so much is because of my ward and all the members of the church around here. Being a member of this church and being in high school is hard. But being around all of the youth we have here is simply amazing and I wouldn't let go of it for anything. Being a Mormon is a very big part of my life, but I try to look at it as a delight instead of a sacrifice, which most people see it as. I go to early seminary every morning, I read my scriptures every night, and I write in my journal most nights. I attend church every Sunday and I have gotten my Young Womanhood Recognition! Personal Progress is a beautiful way for young women to strengthen their testimony. I know that. I always try to live the Gospel and be the best that I can.
