Hi I'm Marsha

I'm a mother and a grandmother. I'm a reader, a seamstress, a quilter, a chocoholic and right now, a missionary. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated in physical education. I love being physically active and I love sports, especially college basketball. I enjoy studying about nutrition and try to cook healthy most of the time. I love spending time with my family. I love a good mystery novel - My favorite author is Agatha Christie. My favorite place to visit in the US is Alaska-it has always fascinated me. I have done humanitarian work in Nepal.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized LDS as a child, but didn't always attend church. I started attending regularly when I was fourteen. At age sixteen I knew this is where I wanted to stay. It felt like coming home. I love the Church! It makes so much sense. My perspective of life on this earth and the purpose for me being here is due to the teachings of the Gospel. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and want to keep the commandments so I can live with Him again. I love my family and want to be with them forever. The Church is TRUE!

How I live my faith

I have done a variety of things over the years. I have spent a lot of time teaching-children, teens, and adults. I love working with children because they are so honest and teachable. Teens tend to question and help me to try to find answers that are true and can help them learn. I love sharing ideas with other women as we help each other become more what we want to be. I try to live up to and defend those principles that are important to me.
