Hi I'm Tom M.

I am a Grandfather of 12. I have been retired for 5 years. I am a Mormon and love my religion.

About Me

I am a retired accountant and love to work outdoors. I enjoy gardening and working in my yard. I have my grandchildren close by and I love to be around them. I am planning on going on a mission with my wife in the next couple of years.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and tought by great parients the teachings of the Gospel. My dad was a very faithfull member and was involved in missionary work most of his life. He set a great example for me as I have grown up. I served a mission to Austraila. I gained a Testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ when I was young and I have always tried to serve in the church and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. I have had great people in my life that have helped my grow and have set great examples for me to follow. I love reading the Book of Mormon and other scriptures. I am thankful for the day we live in and the technology we have to have these things at our finger tips. I know they were put here on the earth for our benifit. All of my family members are active in the church and it is comforting to know they have testimonies for the gospel and our teaching my grandchildren the same thing I was tought in my youth.

How I live my faith

I am a member of the the Bishopric in our ward. I love to work with the youth. I enjoy serving others and helping where I can. I home teach two elderly sisters with my wife and we enjoy visiting with them. I also home teach another couple about my same age. He has some health problems and I enjoy finding ways to serve him. I have a testimoney on home teaching with is to visit other members of the ward. I have spent many years as a finance clerk which went along with my occupation as an accountant.
