Hi I'm Angie

I grew up in Canada, made my life in Idaho and love my family. I'm a Pharmacist. I'm a concert organizer. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a mother, a daughter, a Pharmacist, a friend. I married a valiant priesthood holder who is my greatest friend and example. I enjoy reading, cooking, sewing, crafting, going to movies, serving in the YW program, and spending time with my family. I stay too busy, I love too easily, and I really like to please people, sometimes to a fault. I want to find joy in everything I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in Canada by faithful 4th generation members of the LDS church. My testimony was nourished by strong parents, grandparents, siblings and relatives who lived as excellent examples of Disciples of Christ. I know that the gospel of Jesus Christ was restored to the earth and that we have a living prophet today who receives inspiration for ME. I am grateful for the knowledge that families can be together forever. I know that I have a Heavenly Father who hears my prayers and an older brother Jesus Christ who loved me enough to suffer for all the dumb things that I do. I believe that Jesus loves me no matter what and that I can live with Him and my Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I currently serve in the YW in the stake and have been involved in the YW program in some way for 11 1/2 years. I love the youth of the church! They are so strong and so dedicated. They know so much more than I did at that age. I believe that every day is a new opportunity to try to live more like Jesus Christ. I have shortcomings and I am very aware of them. I try to live the covenants I have made, both at baptism when I was 8 years old and then when I made further covenants in the Holy Temple. I love to receive the renewal of attending my Sunday meetings and taking the sacrament to recommit to making better choices. I am trying to more boldly declare the things that I believe to my friends and neighbors. I have a daughter serving a mission and she inspires me to do better with every letter. She is making me better by her example. I try to fulfill my callings to the fullest; I strive to serve others, not just those that are under my stewardship, but those in my neighborhood & community as well. I know that by fully living the gospel, I can receive that lasting happiness that is promised in the scriptures. I have tried to teach my children these important things that I know to be true. I know that people are not perfect but the gospel of Jesus Christ is perfect and I am trying to live as a good example of it each day.
