Hi I'm Terry

I grew up in California and it took me 43 years to finally become LDS.

About Me

I'm a married father of three boys, two of my own and a stepson, ages 17, 20 and 20 and two stepdaughters, ages 9 and 17. I am a technical support engineer by trade and I love helping people solve technical issues. I also love music and my dream is to be involved in the music business in various roles.

Why I am a Mormon

I spent the first 43 years of my life finding my spiritual and religious identity and when I moved to Utah I felt more compelled to become a Mormon. I had grown up with Mormons in my life and remember my experiences talking about faith and learning from them. I believe that Jesus Christ is my savior and that the Mormon Church is the best place for me to practice with my faith. I believe in the Atonement and I also believe that our President Thomas S. Monson is a prophet. I believe in family and it's importance in all of our lives.

How I live my faith

I help people with employment needs as I'm involved in the church as an employment specialist. I help people navigate the churches web site as well as help them with networking and increasing their knowledge by participating in continuing education. I read something every day for my spiritual fulfillment and I am also a home teacher with my companion and we visit families on Sunday's to give them the message of the month from our monthly magazine called the Ensign or some other lesson from a previous conference as an example.
