Hi I'm Carrie

I grew up in Kansas City Missouri. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read books, I plan on going to college to get my degree in English and become an English high school teacher. I play a little piano and I like to crochet and I love to bake and cook.

Why I am a Mormon

I really started to gain a testimony in seminary. Seminary is a fifty minute class where we study the gospel in sections. This is the basis of my testimony. When I realized that I would rather wake up earlier to go to seminary and learn rather than sleep in I knew right away that I had a testimony and I would do anything for this gospel. I love it so much and I know Heavenly Father loves me and I want everyone to know it and to partake of the knowledge. I could not imagine where I would be without the knowledge that I have of eternal families and of repentance.

How I live my faith

I lead the music in the third hour as my calling in church.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Carrie
We believe that everything we have belongs to Heavenly Father and so therefore giving back ten percent is what we owe to keep His gospel here on Earth and to keep the church going. Show more Show less
