Hi I'm Sarah

I'm a Mormon. I live in the US. I am currently a freshman in high school. I am one of the few Mormon youth in my area.

About Me

I love music. I play two instruments(flute and piano), I have been in chorus, band, and all county. I love to act in school plays and watch broadway plays. I read a lot, mostly fantasy and fiction. Romance is fun too. I love dogs, including my own Bandit. I attend high school and plan to go to college and major in landscaping.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized when I was eight. Before my baptism, I was challenged by the stake president to write down in my journal the feeling I felt after my baptism. Even as a child, I felt the spirit so very strong as I was confirmed a member of this church. I have found that it would be very devastating for me if I left the church or started to fall away from its standards. The church has been such a blessing in my life in helping make the right choices. Knowing the happiness I have felt from living the gospel, I know I'll never want to leave.

How I live my faith

I go to early morning seminary before school every morning. I go to girls camp in the summer and participate in the fun and spiritual activities. Super Saturdays for the older youth are fun to attend as we'll. I have been trying to get in the habit of studying the scriptures and praying. I live my standards to the best of my abilities, even when it's super hard at school. I have learned to make sure and ask questions and study on my own so that I will understand the gospel doctrine better.
