Hi I'm Jonathan Warnock

I love my family, I love my dogs, I love my friends, I love snowboarding, I love wakeboarding, and I love this Gospel!!!

About Me

I am the oldest of 6 kids, and I love my family so much! They mean the world to me! I wouldn't be where I am today without the help and support of my family. some of the things that I love to do are, of course, spending time with my family, going camping, boating, and snowboarding. I am a HUGE fan of country music. I like turning up the volume to a good country song with my friends. I love the sport of soccer. go RSL!! I love watching football... go UTES!! And I love Chinese food!

Why I am a Mormon

At the age of 13, I had one of my younger brothers pass away due to meningitis. It wasn't an easy thing for my family and I to go through, as you can imagine. One day he was perfectly fine, and the next he was laying in a hospital bed. It didn't seem real at the time, but when reality sunk in there was a lot of grief... grief that would have been unbearable without the knowledge of the Plan of Salvation. Going through this at an early age helped me look deep into the meaning of life... why we are here? and where we are going? Because of this experience I developed a testimony at a young age of the Plan of Salvation that our loving Heavenly Father has given to us, I know why we are here on this earth, and I know where we are going.. as a family! I am grateful for the knowledge that I have of this plan, and for the testimony that I have that I know that I will be able to live with my brother and all of my family again! :) I know that my brother is in a better place, and I also know that he is watching over me, he is my guardian angel, and I am thankful for him.

How I live my faith

I learned at a young age that example is the most powerful teaching tool. At this moment in my life I have the wonderful opportunity to serve as a missionary for my Church in the Italy Milan Mission. Being an example here in this wonderful country has grown my testimony a lot. It's not always the easiest thing, but I know that if I am doing the right thing, then others will notice that, and want to follow my example. Being a missionary is such a wonderful opportunity to help our Heavenly Father's children come home. I am grateful that I am able to be an instrument in the Lord's hands, and see the change that others make in their lives. This experience has definitely changed my life, and I am grateful for it.
