Hi I'm Jordan Masaki

From Hawaii. Love sports. Love the Beach. Love my Family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Jordan. I'm 18 and I love to play sports especially basketball and volleyball. In the near future I will be serving my mission. I plan to attend college after my mission but I am still undecided on what college I am going to attend. But I am planning to play sports in college. I love to all sorts of things. I love doing outdoor activities. Hanging out with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

When I talk about the church in front of my friends or others, they always tell me why am I apart of the Mormon church. Some people might say because its the true church or my parents make me. But for me, when I was younger I loved going just because. But when I got older it came to my mind that I always have to go or I always have to do this because my parents said. But now that I am older and matured, I found out for myself the reason why I am Mormon. It is because of the teachings and examples that the church does that made me realize that being Mormon is the right thing. I realized from an outside look of the church that our church does have a lot of rules and its very strict. But then I noticed that even though our church has a lot of rules and that the road of being a Mormon is tough, it is the right path to take. It'll be great in the long run. I know that this church is true because I have been a witness to many great things that have happened and the feeling that comes with it.

How I live my faith

I attend church, mutual nights for the youth and attend church calling business. Even though I am 18, I plan on staying in the youth program for as long as possible so that I can be an influence and example to the younger youth.
