Hi I'm Chloe

I work hard. I play hard. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of six children. I have four younger sisters and one younger brother. My family is my everything. I grew up in Minnesota. I love to cross-country and believe it or not, I miss those Minnesota winters. I am currently going to school in Provo, UT and I love it! I seriously have the best life. It can get pretty busy with school and work but I don't forget to take time for myself and have fun. I am surrounded by the best people who help me remind me every day how lucky I am! I love playing games of any sort even though I'm pretty bad at all of them and rarely ever win. And I regardless of what this may do to my credibility, I have to admit I love Justin Bieber.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and has a plan for my life. I know that I have an older brother Jesus Christ, who suffered and died so that I can live again with my Heavenly Father. I feel their love and influence as well as the influence of the Holy Ghost in my life daily. I make a lot of mistakes and I know that without the atonement I would be lost. I cannot deny that they are real. I am fortunate to have been raised in a home where the gospel is lived and taught. I do not have a grand conversion story where my life was completely changed from darkness to light. There wasn't one life-changing even that caused me to believe. My testimony is something that has developed gradually over time as I recognize how truly blessed I am. I am a Mormon because the gospel of Jesus Christ brings joy and happiness to my life that cannot be obtained any other way.

How I live my faith

I don't live my faith by sewing, baking bread, and scrap booking. Although these are popular hobbies among Mormons, they are not what it means to be a Mormon. Being a Mormon means that I know that I am a daughter of my Heavenly Father and that Jesus Christ atoned for my sins so that I can return to live with my Heavenly Father one day. I try to live my faith for standing up for what I believe where ever I am no matter what I am doing or who I am with. My standards or right and wrong don't depend on the situation. I want to live my life in a way that lets others know that they are children of our Heavenly Father. I want them to know that I believe in my Savior Jesus Christ and I love them like He does. I hope that every interaction indicates that I believe in Jesus Christ. I work every day to try and increase my faith through person scripture study and prayer as well as service to others. I try to improve daily to become the person my Heavenly Father would want me to be.
