Hi I'm Riley

I'm the oldest of 6 brothers. I love to sing. I will be serving the Lord in Brazil on my mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Orem, Utah and two weeks later moved to North Carolina. I am the oldest of six brothers. Through my schooling I developed a passion for singing and the arts. I attend Brigham Young University as a Vocal Performance major and love to sing in the choirs and as a soloist. I have decided to serve a mission for my church - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been called to serve in the Brazil, Santa Maria Mission, and I am so excited to serve the Lord and the people of Brazil. I love my family, friends, faith, and spending time with my dog.

Why I am a Mormon

I know this church is true. I cannot deny what I have felt and the light that I've received. Through my experiences as I've grown older I've come to know my Saviors love for me and power of the atonement. I love the peace the gospel has brought me. I know that my family is eternal, I know that Joseph Smith restored the church and translated the Book of Mormon, and I know that we have a prophet on the earth today. I hope to improve each day and share my testimony with others.

How I live my faith

Going to church has always been a part of my life. I've served as a leader in my congregations youth program and in our church based scouting patrol. During high school I attended a seminary class, or scripture study, in the mornings. Now I have decided to serve a mission and for the next two years will be preaching the gospel to the people of Brazil.
