Hi I'm Kylie

I grew up in Idaho. I love to ride dirtbikes, make music, and study science. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in beautiful Idaho. I have five younger siblings. I play the viola, piano, and vocal chords. I love to go dirtbiking, backpacking, running and swimming. I'm pursuing a degree in chemical engineering at BYU but will put schooling on hold for 18 months while I serve as a missionary in Tucson, Arizona.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a Mormon ever since I was born. My parents have taught me, mostly by example, the eternal truths of the gospel ever since I was young and I am so grateful for it. Although there was a time when I leaned primarily on their testimonies for strength and assurance, I now know for myself that I belong to Christ's church on the earth today. I know this because I have so often felt in my heart that it is true. I know that Jesus Christ lives today, and that by following His example, I can return to live with my Father in Heaven and my family forever.

How I live my faith

Within my family, I do my best to be a respectful, supportive, and optimistic daughter and sister. Within my community, I strive to be a friend and help those in need. Within the church, I give my best effort to accomplishing whatever I'm asked to do. In the past, I've served in presidencies and committees with the youth of the church. I currently teach gospel principles to a class of young single adults every Sunday. Through serving people in these ways, I've discovered that I can learn something from every person I meet that will teach me to be a little better than I was the day before.
