Hi I'm Joyce Varner

I am a mother, grandmother, and a great grandmother. I love to crochet and I'm a Mormon. I know, I live it, I love it.

About Me

I have 2 boy, 5 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. I like to read the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and any other thing god orientated. I love arts and crafts as well as crocheting in the winter. I use to work as a electric assembler, tester, and inspector. I now work as a caregiver because I love helping others. I love god with all my heart and I will serve him.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have the whole pie. Let me explain one day two young boys came and knocked on my door and said they were missionaries. Sharing their testimonies of Christ with me I let them in to teach me. Before I knew it they were showing me that there was more that Christ had to offer me. And eventually I realized that I was missing the other half of his pie. The missionaries showed me the fullness of Christ's gospel and I have loved every minute that I have had it.

How I live my faith

The perfect way I can describe how I live my faith is to use the scriptures to help me express the way I feel: "28 but that ye would humble yourselves before The Lord, and call on His holy name, and watch and pray continually, that ye may not be tempted above that which ye can bear, and thus be led by the Holy Spirit, becoming humble, meek, submissive, patient, full of love and all long-suffering;" "29 having faith on The Lord; having hope that ye shall receive eternal life; having the love of God always in your hearts, that ye may be lifted up at the last day and enter into his rest." (Alma 13:28-29). This is how I live my faith.
