Hi I'm Landon Bangerter

I'm from South Jordan Utah, I love to listen and play music, I'm a sports fanatic, I love movies, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was born and raised in South Jordan Utah. I love Utah. It's a sweet place to live! I'm a huge music fanatic. Some of my favorite artists, just to name a few, include Switchfoot, 311, and Incubus. I love to sing, play the guitar, the harmonica, and a little bit of piano. I love to perform on stage in front of people. It's a great feeling to have. I love sports, particularly basketball. I'm a huge Utah Jazz fan. I was really enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and hanging out with my friends. I hang out with my family all the time. They mean to me more than anything else in the world. I have three brothers (including a twin), a sister, a brother and sister-in-law, two nieces, a nephew, and, of course, my Mom and Dad. They all mean the world to me and we do everything together. We'll usually go boating, snow skiing, out to movies, camping, trips to St. George Utah and Declo Idaho, and so on and so forth.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is nothing in my life that has blessed me more than being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I gained a testimony of this church and this gospel by seeking inspiration and revelation through diligent scripture study, weekly church attendance, and daily prayer. And finally, around the time when I was 15, I felt a powerful confirmation from the Holy Ghost that this church is true, and that The Book of Mormon is the word of God. Being a Mormon is not easy. But I testify that there is nothing that will ever make you more happy than this Gospel. I also know that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we can all be saved and have our sins cleansed through the blood of Christ by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel. It's all these reasons and more that explain why I'm a Mormon

How I live my faith

Right now, I'm serving a mission in the Arizona Phoenix Mission and loving it. I couldn't be at a better place in my life at this time. I live my faith by striving to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ and keeping the commandments of God. I strive to do all this openly and frequently. My family does all this also, unifying us living our potential as the most important social unit in time and all eternity, which is the family.
