Hi I'm Daniel

I'm going on a mission to Fukuoka Japan. I love tacos. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love tacos! I was very involved in extracurricular activities in high school. I was vice president of finance of the behavioral science club. I was science club president and math sterling scholar and many other things but most of all I just liked to have fun and be around friends. I love helping and teaching people. I used to do calculus tutoring and that was so much fun helping people overcome challenges and helping them figure out solutions to problems.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the gospel of Jesus Christ is FREAK'N AWESOME! I love how much hope and direction it has given to my life! I don't know where I would be without it. I challenge you that if you are going through hard times and feel alone or like nobody loves you, then pray to your Heavenly Father. Ask him for guidance and comfort in your time of need. He is always there for you and loves you more than you can ever imagine. If you don't know how to pray, it is very simple. All you do is close your eyes, bow your head and fold you arms. Start by addressing God by a simple "Dear Heavenly Father," then proceed to say things that you are grateful for, your family, your friends, your home, etc. Afterwards you can ask your Father in Heaven for any blessing that you want, such as comfort, being able to feel God's love for you, guidance, truth, etc. To close you simply say "In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen." It is super simple and easy. You can pray whenever and wherever you want. I know that pray has been an immense blessing in my life, especially as I prepare to go to a foreign land with people I can't understand. I challenge you to pray and feel of God's love for you as an individual. Good luck and God's speed!!

How I live my faith

I am serving a 2 year mission to Fukuoka Japan. Learning Japanese is a a very large obstacle for me at this time. But I love the gospel and I love the Lord and I want to share that with the people of Japan! I also was blessed to be able to help influence my peers for good, as I served in many church leadership positions.

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

I'm serving a mission and sharing my love of the gospel with the Japanese people :) Show more Show less
