Hi I'm Sara

I grew up in Idaho. My dad is a Beekeeper;I live on a beefarm. I'm going on a mission to Yerkaterinburg, Russia. And I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love photography, drawing, painting and any kind of visual arts. I enjoy playing sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, and rock climbing. I love playing the piano. Last year I attended my freshman year of college. I currently want to major in dietetics. I love eating healthy! ( but I also really like all sorts of pasteries! ) Now I am going on a mission and I am so excited to be able to serve the lord!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I can't deny the feelings I feel when I hear about the gospel. The gospel has been such a blessing in my life. It makes me feel of true worth. I came here on this earth for a reason. Knowing that makes me want to be a better person. I know that Joesph Smith was a true prophet. He really did translate the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is true, and if you really read it you will know for yourself. I love my Heavenly Father and I know that He loves me. The Lord is always watching out for me in all that I do. I love this gospel. And I am so grateful that Jesus Christ died for all of our sins, it is the ONLY way that we will be able to get back to live with Heavenly Father. This is my testimony to you and I say thing in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

One of my callings that I had in college was a Family Home Evening Coordinator, which is just an awesome way to really get to know your family/ ward family while at the same time building a closer relastionship with our Heavenly Father. We would start out with a short lesson to let the spirit in and then we play an awesome game. this was every Monday at 6:00. When I came home from college for the summer, I teach lessons to the young women in our ward. It is really fun to come up with cool ways for the young women to help them remember teachings that are being taught.
