Hi I'm Audrey Willmore

I grew up in Utah. I am a missionary. I'm a Mormon

About Me

My favorite thing to do when I am bored is to cook. I am known as the dessert queen at my house. I also like to read, do crafts such as sewing, and watch movies. I have spent a year at Snow College majoring in Special Education. Right now I am serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Missouri St. Louis Mission

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have read the teachings and come to understand within my own heart and mind that this gospel is true. I love being able to go to church each Sunday to learn and grow. I love how this gospel is so strong and the people are so kind and loving. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Christ because I have read and come to know that it is true. It helps me understand why I am here and also gives me clarity while reading the new and old testament. I am so grateful for what Christ did for me and I know that I can return to live with him if I follow him and his teachings

How I live my faith

In my community I like to help people by babysitting the kids in my neighborhood so that there parents can have some time to go do some grownup things whether its eating out or seeing the temple. I have played the piano for our ward choir and have also sang in it.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

Audrey Willmore
Tithing is used to create our church houses and our temples. We also use it to be able to keep the electricity and heat/air conditioning running in our church buildings. We use the tithing to help people pay for missions and the materials that are used in classrooms. Giving 10% is not a lot but to me it reminds me that I am serving other people and also makes me not think about money as much. Show more Show less
