Hi I'm Mitchell Kimball

I love adventure, surfing, and learning. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a missionary serving in the Chile Santiago South mission. I've grown up in Southern California for most of my life. I enjoy surfing, inspiring literature, rock'n'roll, and living on the edge. After my mission I will be attending BYU Provo with the intentions of studying medicine and the great outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I grew up in this church, I have made efforts to gain a personal testimony. I have been thoughtful and prayerful. I have come to understand that my Heavenly Father loves me and wants me to do whats right. I have received a witness of the truthfulness of this gospel and I am filled with gratitude for the knowledge that I have. The Mormon church is the vessel that I use to navigate this life. In Doctrine and Covenants 122:9 it reads "fear not what man can do, for God will be with you forever and ever." With the help of the LDS church I can be in the world by not of the world. I am blessed to have been raised in this church and I am blessed to be able to share this message with the people of Chile.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving a full time mission. I have been incredibly blessed by this church, and I am on my way to repaying that debt. I hope that by living my faith I will be able to show others a better way of life. This church is Christ's church, we live his commandments and we strive to be more like him. I am grateful to have Holy Ghost who acts as a spiritual compass throughout my mortal life.
